How Do I Return My Item?

Please note that all made-to-measure and some made-to-order brands do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery. For brand-specific return policies, please refer to the ‘Shipping & Return Policy’ tab on the individual product page before completing your purchase.

If you would like to return your order, please use the link here to submit a request. We will then review the return request to make sure it adheres to the designers return policy, and issue you with a return label and instructions in a separate email. Please make sure to check your spam or promotional inbox for this email, should it not appear in your primary inbox.
